Add option store CRC codes in MFT of NTFS drives

Did you know that NTFS formatted drives have a master file table MFT that contains meta data for all the files on the drive? Furthermore, it is a simple programming exercise to add to this meta data, on a file by file basis. So you could calculate a file's CRC code, and store the code in the meta data. The code is not stored as part of the file, and has no effect on the original file. When you copy files between NTFC drives, the meta data is copied also. Adding an option to scan the whole drive and adding the CRC code for ALL files to the meta data would allow powerful benefits. You could search for duplicate files by just searching through the MFT meta data in blindingly fast speed. You could verify a file you copy to external drive is 100% correct by re-calculating and comparing the CRC code with that in meta data. These features are not available in any known windows software.
